The Major Fascinating Sights At Kistwar
Water Falls : A fall only 3-km from the town drops over 700 m in a series of cascades. The Falls are an awesome sight, visible even from any part of the town.

Sarthal Devi : The pilgrimage sight of Sarthal Devi, with its 18 armed goddess statue, is based at 19 km from the town.

Sapphire Mines Of Paddar : Located 115-km from Kishtwar at an altitude of over 4,000 m, are the blue sapphire mines of Paddar. Sapphire mines were discovered only in the 1880s and have been worked only occasionally since then because of the difficult terrain and unscientific mining techniques.
